This was one of the weekly challenges I write up for my clients who all compete for scores/times. This week is:

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 5 minutes of:

10 double-unders (jump rope),

10 right kicks, 10 left kicks. (hip must turn over on the kick and have some power)

I was just finished with my morning sprints when Maria (another trainer in my studio) was taking her client (Rob) through the challenge. I decided to join them - cause it’s so much more fun to work together :) Good times.

The girls in Muay Thai Class did awesome with this on Saturday… wish I had my girl Kate’s on video too. Next time.
